Shipping & Returns
Items ship from Toronto within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Overnight shipping is not available.
Canadian orders ship through Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days depending upon destination. Canadian orders will have applicable provincial taxes added to the total.
USA & International
When shipping outside of Canada, the receiver is responsible for any local import duties and/or taxes. You may contact your local customs office for more information.
While we do not issue refunds, we do accept exchanges for size for bras and bralettes. All bottoms are final sale.
To be eligible for exchange, items must not have been worn, altered or washed, must remain in original packaging with all tags attached, and have been purchased online through lorettelingerie.com.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of order ship date by the customer for an exchange of size.
Include your order number and original packing slip in your return. Allow up to 3 business days for the exchange to be processed and re-shipped after the item is received. A notification email will be sent to the email address that was used when placing the original order.
Sender is responsible for exchange shipping cost.
EXCHANGING OUTSIDE OF CANADA
For international exchanges, choose a shipping method that provides trackable and insured service, as Lorette Lingerie is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
