Shipping & Returns
Our order processing takes about 1-3 days before shipment. However, delay may occur due to seasonality (4-5 days). We thank you for your patience.
LORETTE LINGERIE applies the following shipping rates for these destinations:
All LORETTE order currently ship from USA. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Overnight shipping is not available.
When shipping outside of USA, the receiver is responsible for any local import duties and/or taxes. You may contact your local customs office for more information.
You may email us at email@example.com with your order number and Returns as the subject (Order # Returns). Please include the reason for your return, along with the merchandise style name in the body of the email.
We will accept merchandise in its original unused condition within 15 days of your purchase.
All sale and discounted items (excluding first time buyers) are final sale.
To be eligible, items must not have been worn, altered or washed, must remain in original packaging with all tags attached.
Upon approval of a return or exchange, you must ship the product back within 5 days to qualify for the return or exchange.
Allow up to 3 business days for the exchange to be processed and re-shipped after the item is received. A notification email will be sent to the email address that was used when placing the original order.

EXCHANGING OUTSIDE OF USA
For international exchanges, choose a shipping method that provides trackable and insured service, as Lorette Lingerie is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
