Shipping
We ship all orders as quickly as possible from the USA via USPS or UPS.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: FREE
- U.S. Express (2-3 Day): $14
- Canada: $15 CAD flat rate
- Europe & Rest of World: $20 flat rate
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Lorette is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer one free return per order.
To start a return:
Email us at hello@lorettelingerie.com with:
- Subject line: Order # — Returns
- Your order number
- The item name(s)
- Reason for return
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original packaging and tags must be attached
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days
Please allow up to 3 business days for exchanges to be processed after we receive your item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your exchange ships.
Final Sale Items
All sale and discounted items (excluding first-time purchase discounts) are final sale.
International Exchanges
For exchanges outside the U.S.:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method
- International return shipping fees are not reimbursed
Lorette is not responsible for lost international returns.
